Return to Presence
Theme: Slowing down to awaken!
About the Retreat
You’ve made it through another year — showing up for work, for family, for expectations. But how often have you truly shown up for yourself?
This retreat isn’t about solving problems or achieving more. It’s about pressing pause — so you can exhale, reconnect with your body, and come back to what really matters.
We’ll gather in the stillness of the Austrian Alps, surrounded by nature, to reset our nervous systems and return to presence — not through effort, but through awareness.
Maybe drop a line when you begin to embody what you care about most, the people around you notice. With time, you will notice, too.

FAQ
Who are your interventions designed for?
My interventions are designed for individuals and teams who have a genuine commitment to creating transformational change. What I look for is ‘grit’ and a ‘willingness’ to engage fully - everything else, we will work on together.
What outcomes can participants expect?
Participants can expect nothing less than a profound mindset shift - leading to greater resilience, stronger collaboration, more authentic communication, enhanced self-leadership, and the adaptability needed to thrive in change.
How do you measure the effectiveness?
Effectiveness is measured together with my external partners through AI-driven assessments that provide deep, data-backed insights. These tools not only create a ‘wow’ moment for participants but also give tangible evidence of growth and impact.
What is the typical participant capacity for each intervention?
I typically work with groups of 8 to 16 participants to ensure depth and impact. For medium sized and larger strategic projects, I collaborate with my team at Custom Programs, University of St. Gallen, to scale and tailor the intervention to your needs.
Can you take into account our leadership principles and values?
Absolutely. Your leadership principles and values can be fully embedded into the intervention. If desired, we can also use AI-driven assessments to measure how strongly these values are currently lived within your organization.
What role does technology play in your programs?
The heart of any intervention is human — transformational change happens person-to-person. Technology, including AI-driven tools, is used to assess, analyze data, and provide optional AI coaching, supporting participants and enhancing the overall impact of the program.
